By booking any service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide guided tours, transport services, and sightseeing experiences in Kraków and surrounding areas, including but not limited to city tours, Auschwitz-Birkenau tours, Wieliczka Salt Mine tours, and thermal baths trips.

3. Booking

A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received and a booking confirmation is sent to the customer.

All services are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in PLN or EUR unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to change prices before booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation policy

5.1 Standard tours

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time

No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure

No-show = no refund

5.2 Non-refundable tours (e.g. Auschwitz-Birkenau tickets)

These services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked

This is due to external ticketing and entry restrictions

6. Changes to service

We reserve the right to change pickup times, routes, vehicles, or schedule due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

arriving on time at the agreed pickup location

providing correct booking details

following guide instructions during the tour

carrying required documents if applicable

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

delays caused by traffic, weather, or external events

loss of personal belongings

decisions or actions of third-party providers

9. Third-party services

Some parts of the service may be delivered by third-party providers. We are not responsible for their operational performance.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

11. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent Polish courts.
