We started Krakow Planner in October 2025 with one simple idea: people deserve better than mass tourism.
Marcin
Local Knowledge, Personal Approach
Marcin is a Kraków native who spent years working for the biggest tour operators in the city. He knows every corner of the Old Town, every shortcut to Wieliczka, and exactly which table at which restaurant you should book.
What he couldn't get used to was the conveyor belt. Hundreds of tourists processed daily, no time to actually help anyone. So he left, and built something smaller on purpose.
At Krakow Planner, he has time to answer your actual questions — not just hand you a voucher.
Rafał
Safe Hands Behind the Wheel
Rafał brings over a decade of professional transport experience to the team — including a background in rally driving. That's not a marketing line. It means he takes road safety seriously in a way most drivers don't.
He'd been running his own transport operation and always wanted to grow it toward full travel experiences. Teaming up with Marcin made that possible.
What We Offer
We combine Marcin's deep local knowledge with Rafał's transport expertise to offer day trips, thermal baths tickets, airport transfers and activities — all bookable directly, without the OTA markup.
Our base is Kraków, but we don't stop there. We work with verified partners across Poland and Central Europe — covering Gdańsk, Zakopane and Wrocław, as well as destinations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Every partner we work with is selected for one reason: the quality of service they deliver to our guests.
