Since March 2025, the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial no longer sells tickets on-site. All visitors must book in advance online at visit.auschwitz.org. If you already have your ticket for the standard 3.5-hour guided tour, this private transfer takes care of everything else.
Your driver will collect you from your Krakow hotel or apartment approximately 2 hours before your scheduled museum entry time and take you directly to the Memorial entrance. After your visit, your driver will be waiting to take you back to Krakow.
